Use of “Oubojobs.com (hereinafter referred to as “OUBO” or “Oubo” or our “website” or “site” or “sites”) operated by OUBO Operations Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us” or “our”) is conditional upon acceptance of these Terms of Service by the user. We want the user (hereinafter also referred to as “you”) to have as much knowledge about our service as is possible.   • all or part of the information you have inputted into our job application system will be provided to the job posting partners and/or the employers
  • you are responsible for reviewing and confirming the application details and acknowledge that you are applying to a third-party employer.
  • once you provide information, we do not have authority over the employer’s handling of the information. Thus, in order to delete or modify any such information, you must request directly to the employer
  • OUBO is not responsible in any way during the application process with the employer
  • you acknowledge that our site may contain erroneous information

5.2. You shall not engage in any of the following activities on OUBO:

  • Applying for a job without the intention of working or not going to an interview even though you have applied for the job
  • Infringing on the rights of others, including copyrights and other intellectual property rights, privacy, honor, and rights of publicity
  • Defaming or slandering individuals or organizations
  • Actions that cause or may cause disadvantage to a third party, employer, or our company.
  • Registering, applying, notifying, or providing false information
  • Any sales activities using OUBO, or any act of providing information for commercial purposes
  • Any act of reproduction, sale, publication, or any other use of information obtained through OUBO beyond the scope of private use
  • Actions that interfere with the operation of OUBO or damage the credibility of OUBO, or that have the potential to do so

  • Other acts that we deem inappropriate.

6. Breach of terms

In case, if we deem you violate these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, infringe any intellectual property rights, violate laws, or breach any items listed in the above on article 5, we may block your IP address, terminate or suspend any of your membership or account, refuse future use of our services, take any appropriate legal actions, and disclose your identity to necessary law enforcement parties and third-parties.

OUBO MAKES NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, SERVICE QUALITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE SITES. YOU USE OUBO, THE SITE, AND THE PROGRAM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
OUBO DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE OR PROGRAM WILL ALWAYS BE ERROR-FREE, SAFE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of liability

OUBO AND OUR AFFILIATES, OR THE THIRD-PARTY LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO THE SITE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND FOR DAMAGES OF ANY SORT. OUBO shall use reasonable efforts to provide you notice of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and may assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit, or proceeding.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any controversy or claim arising out of our relating to these Terms or action related thereto shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of the Republic of Singapore, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Membership

  • An ID (e-mail address) and password will be assigned to each user who sign-up as a member (hereinafter referred to as "Member(s)").
  • The Member shall bear all responsibility for the use and management of his/her ID (e-mail address) and password. The Member shall bear all responsibility for any damage caused by a third party using the Member's ID (e-mail address) and password due to inadequate management.
  • Members may not, for any reason, allow a third party to use their ID (e-mail address) or password, or transfer, lend, change the name of, buy, sell, or collateralize their ID (e-mail address) or password.
  • Members shall be responsible for responding and providing information in response to questionnaires that we conduct for our registered members, and shall do so of their own will and responsibility.
  • We may edit and reprint the contents of the survey results on any information media edited and published by us without the prior consent of the user. In this case, all copyrights to the contents of the reprinted survey results shall belong to the Company.
  • If there is any false information among the personal information registered by a member on OUBO, the member agrees that OUBO may delete such information without prior notice.
  • In the event that a member does not delete his/her registered membership or does not wish to do so, his/her membership may be deleted during our database maintenance if the member has not logged in to OUBO for more than one year.

12. Modification of Terms of Service

OUBO reserves the right to change the Terms at any time. Any changes will be deemed to have been accepted by all users immediately after they are updated on this site.
